DIY Silhouettes That Are Easy & FREE!
So I found this fun tutorial on how to make your own computer generated silhouette. The best part is that it's easy and free!
If you head on over to "Everyday Mom Ideas" blog (click on link below photo), you'll find this super easy tutorial and the free software link as well.
The only issue I had was with the free software...it's for Windows only and I have a Mac. However, I do have Photoshop, so I just followed the same directions using Photoshop and I achieved the same result. You also can use this free online app: http://apps.pixlr.com/editor/
I printed the image out onto some photo paper and hot glued one of her sparkly bows onto her ponytail for some added "bling" :) I then framed it.
I am really happy with the result, it's super cute! The only thing I may change would be the frame. I want to find a pretty, antique white frame that matches her bed. If you know where I can get one, please let me know!
