Havas Athlete Academy Online Personal Training

So you all probably know that I've lost 10 pounds to make my goal weight of 115 with the help of Plexus Slim, and I've kept the weight off almost 3 months now. I also use my elliptical 30 min a day and alternate a 10 minute arm and leg workout every day.

I eat a high protein/low carb diet most of the time, and I allow myself treats here and there, but of course in moderation. I feel better now than I have in years and years.

So What I really want to do now is to push my body to it's maximum potential. We're only given one body, and I want to see what this body is capable of. I also want to be in the best health possible and I know that entails a great diet and exercise routine.

• Initial consult with Brandon Havas, Brandon comes up with very detailed plan for improvement, and second consult happens to make sure everyone is on same page and can answer any immediate questions.

• Receive on the first of the month, the entire workout plan, nutrition guide, for a daily and weekly basis for that month.
• You have access to Brandon 24/7 via phone, email, etc.
• Video guidance will be provided if detailed descriptions of plan can not be followed to ensure proper quality and increase results.
• Progress pictures taken every month to help accountability of staying on point.
• Follow up at end of the month to re-asses, re-plan, and re-focus goals and change workout and nutrition guidelines based on new goals and progress.

• Monthly: no commitment: $80/month
• 6 Month: $70/month
• 12 Months: $60/month
