Crock Pot Holiday Ham From Perdue Farms

Making a ham has always been a bit intimidating for me. It seems to take hours, and you have to be so careful not to dry it out.
So when I decided to make a Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Spiral Ham, I was a bit nervous.
I saw online that you can cook a spiral ham in a crock pot, so I jumped at the chance.
That seemed easy enough...and it was!
The ham conveniently comes with a glaze, which made things super easy.

Just add glaze to a pan with 2 Tablespoons of water or orange juice. Then mix.
Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved. Then spread over ham.

I then added some pineapple rings, a little bit of the juice, and some rosemary to the ham.
Covered it tightly, and cooked it on low for over 5 hours.
It turned out perfectly!
I also know having a high quality ham, like the Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Spiral Ham, makes cooking the perfect ham a cinch.
Just type Ham in the search bar.
Enjoy, and Happy Holidays!
